Dear Ijeawele

I thought Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s earlier little book, We Should All Be Feminists, was winsome. That’s why I gave this one a go as well, and I found it insightful. The author and I have had very different life experiences, and I think it's important for all of us to listen to, and learn from, people who see things differently. I would have appreciated a little more nuance, but then again, it is a “manifesto,” so I can’t accuse her (or her publisher) of false advertising.
